Who we are

This policy covers the website menstalkus.com and the application Leo Channel Tools, operated by Viacheslav Bakaryukin (United States).

Website

The website does not use cookies, analytics or forms and does not collect personal information. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site.

Leo Channel Tools and Google user data

Leo Channel Tools is used only by the owner of the Men's Talk YouTube channel to manage that channel. With the owner's consent through Google OAuth, it accesses the YouTube Data API (scope youtube.force-ssl) to read and update the owner's own channel: video metadata, thumbnails, playlists, captions and localizations, uploads, and comments on the channel's videos.

• We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with third parties.
• Data is used only to perform the channel-management actions the owner requests.
• OAuth tokens are stored on a private server in the United States with restricted access, and are never published.
• Public comment text from viewers is read only to moderate and reply on the owner's channel and is not stored beyond what is needed for that task.
• Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

Leo Channel Tools' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Use of YouTube data is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Retention and deletion

Access can be revoked at any time at Google Account permissions. On revocation or on request, stored tokens and any cached data are deleted within 30 days.

Children

The site and the app are not directed to children under 13.
